  • Advanced consultative expertise in Starstrong IT services and partnering third-party solutions, mobility adoption, and business transformation.

Description

As a Sales Pro, it’s your job to drive sales and awareness of Starstrong’s services for the business community. You keep customers engaged by leading briefings and workshops that showcase how Starstrong IT and third-party technology and services can help them build success. With the help of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, you plan and forecast business performance through account management, pipeline building, and opportunity management. You develop account plans to start and expand adoption of services and solutions — and deepen adoption within an organization. To ensure compliance with policies and procedures, you maintain a deep understanding of all retail business programs and offerings. Assess accounts’ individual needs and support the transition of those accounts to the Starstrong team that will best meet the customer’s specific needs.

You use your amazing diagnostic and people skills to assure customers of swift resolutions to their technical issues. You offer advice on accompanying accessories that will further improve the customer’s experience with their technology. You also educate your team members about products and services, while independently keeping your own technical know-how up to date. With your customer service brilliance and empathetic nature, you provide genius advice and support to both customers and team members.

  • Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.

  • Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.

  • Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
